Later, however, I was told that they would change the IP for free if I went to a review website and left them a review. In my opinion, asking a customer to leave a review in exchange for receiving a free IP change is unethical and undermines the credibility of customer reviews. Reviews should reflect a customer's genuine experience, not be encouraged through incentives tied to support services. I would have preferred to simply pay the €1 fee rather than be asked to leave what could effectively become an incentivized or misleading review. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly reduced my trust in this company, and I believe potential customers should be aware of how this situation was handled.
