It's easy to edit my website, it looks good, and the help I got from the support department was great! I was also given a lot of advice on how to get my website found in Google. One downside I noticed so far is that they don't offer SSL. When I asked about it I was told that they're already working on it, but couldn't provide an exact date. When I told them I was frustrated with the service I was told "I wasn't fun and that I have a negative attitude" because I didn't want to try their website builder for free. Do not use this service! Imagine my surprise when I was charged for another year despite verifying in my account that there was no renewal pending. When I immediately asked for a refund (within 5 minutes of the charge notice) I received an email stating that I could prevent future charges but no refunds would be given.
