One tied to my correct and current domain and the other I didn’t use. I couldn’t tell one was attached to another domain at all (I have pics) and... Rohkem when I cancelled, I didn’t think the site that was using my current domain would go away. They said nothing and deleted it. Can they restore it? Sure can- for a price!!!! Graham Church, I've had servers with Rapidswitch for over 8 years and have watched as their service and support has slowly degraded. It used to be a good company but their response times and support quality has steadily got worse and worse.... Rohkem They show no concern if hardware has faults and nobody takes ownership of problems or attempts to fix their servers rapidly. Unfortunately I was left with very little confidence in their ability to actually run a hosting facility. We have switched to AWS which is actually working out cheaper with a much more resilient infrastructure. Vähem |
