I am just a novice mom who wanted to get a server for my 10 year old to play Minecraft with 2 friends. It is advertised with the number of players in the pay structure. I purch... Rohkem ased the one for 10 people for $60 for the year. Then it said I needed to upgrade it so I spent another $85. Then I got another notification that it needed to be upgraded for another $350. There are no refunds available and the customer service said it mentions RAM requirements (no clue what that is); I was just trying to get a server for less than 10 people. This is an unacceptable experience for me and just wasted money. There should not be any mention of the number of people for each server. It is false advertisement and sneaky. Vähem |  Bad attitude when they know I m migrating server due to technical issues Shahbaz Khan, I used it for 2 years and as a Senior Developer, I would not recommend this to anyone. They miss interpreted the word grace period once they came to know I m not going to continue first they asked to pay for the grace period ... Rohkem and then suspended the account 10 hours before ending the grace period and insisted to buy for one more month to recover the data if required. I have used many hosting services including aws, godaddy, BlueHost, hostgator, Contabo, OVS, etc for different clients in my entire professional career but chemcloud is very opportunist. also, their technical staff is so much incompetent that often they refuse to install some packages or install them in a way that is not useful and generates issues.
