The quality of the service itself is poor, with constant breakdowns, sudden changes to settings, etc. His handling of invoices and money is also lax, with constant demands for fictitious debts. And most importantly, he constantly lies. He registers your domain in his own name and doesn't give it back if you try to switch to another hosting provider, blackmailing you and demanding constant payment. He also lies here in the comments, pretending to be a responsible businessman, but he is not. We are currently in contact with law enforcement regarding the return of the stolen domain.
