I've been with iWeb since 2012. I haven't ran into many issues with my dedicated server but when I have they've always been prompt to reply to my e-mails and fix whatever the issue is if I can't handle it myself. I need to up... Rohkem grade to a new server and thought I'd shop around a bit (hence why I'm on this review site) but I'm thinking to myself why even bother looking? I'll just stick with iWeb, they've proven to me over the years that they're super reliable. Vähem

Keep increasing prices on server, I'm costumer for many years, just lazy to move the VM to other place, but enough is enough.
They recently increase the price, I expressed frustration and said unless they bring it down(becaus... Rohkem e it is already 6 years old server :)), I'm switching, they replied and thanked my for submitting closing request and that my server will be deleted soon :)
I didn't submit the request, just said I will be moving my stuff over the weekend. This is just a terrible customer support. Vähem
