I needed this as a mail gateway for my home mail server, to circumvent the blocking of the smtp port by my internet provider. Using this now for a year and a half without any known issues. I had few service requests, which where each resolved within a couple of hours. People need to be aware that it is a bare bone service you get. So you need not only setup whatever service you want to host, but more importantly to setup al the protection yourself first before anything els. That means setup the firewall and your backup mechanism, use certificate based logins and setup things like fail2bane to block attackers. I’m very happy with the service and will continue to use them.
