I have been customer with RHC for a great amount of time now and i must admit that their service is amazing. Before moving to RHC we came from OVH, and OVH has basically no service, one of our tickets was unanswered for 17 days despite several calls and updates to the ticket, ovh didnt care about us, they blocked some of our servers even tho the error was from their end, they didnt managed to fix it - This never happens at RHC! With RHC you can basically expect 5-star customer support 24/7 (basically) they are really fast. The servers are in great shape and they are delivered quite fast! today i ordered 3 dedicated servers and i had them all delivered within 30 min, that is really great! However their prices is a bit higher than other providers on the market, but you should be willing to pay a bit more for their outstanding support. If you are looking for a stable hosting solution who cares about their customers RHC is really the right place for you.
