I have been a KH customer for over 10 years and have NEVER had a cause for complaint, at one time I had two VPS accounts and if ever support was required my request was always responded to in rapid time (usually under a minute!) and dealt with in the most efficient, friendly and professional manner. As I am semi-retired now I have scaled down to a re-seller account on a shared service and yet I still get incredible efficient service, so even if you only have a small account the service, response for support and efficiency is the same, Unbeatable!
