Using the service for one year to host my personal weblog (around 500 visits/day).
Reliability: good. During the year suffered two major outages (both in July 2015) and two minor outages (1-2h). For the rest time everything worked good. Worth my money.
Support: I have filled 5 support tickets and had a number of live chats -- the support was *very* fast (for me) and enough professional to resolve all issues very quickly.
After several years of patience with them, my patience is ended. The service become really terrible, constant MS SQL downtimes (> 8hrs/week) and a number of other performance issues. Helpdesk answers quickly and promises to fix everything, but their fixes are broken in several days and problems start once again. That's said, I'm forced to find another hosting provider.
