hat they had to wait 24 hours before their server got rebooted are clueless. Even when you can't authenticate on your server, you can still reboot it or shut it down and later start it back up from the admin webinterface provided by online.net ... so why would you wait x minutes ?!?
In 30-60 minutes it is re-installed with the OS of your choice and restore your data from backup. The times that I had to contact support was with questions about billing. I received an answer an hour or two later. Even when the question was asked at 22:00 hours CET ! In short I highly recommend online.net ! Vähem |

Login page says "This site is restricted" I have tried to resolve the issue with 6 different support agents, spent more than 2 hours each time, and none of them has been able to help me out. Those guys are completely useless....

Multiple scam and spam originating from these guys on a daily basis. The scammers are just making up domains and these guys just let them go and do nothing about it.
