They suspended services all of sudden after receiving the payment, and asking to send personal photo, ID, and credit ... Rohkem cards for their billing and account verification purposes even though the payment went through without any problem. And not responding to remove the suspending after receiving those information. Most credit processing companies these days provide several levels of fraudulent prevention measures, such as ASV, PCI-DSS etc. And they do not seem to follow CCPA rules to protect consumer data privacy, does not include the feature to delete the account even after canceling their services.
