I’ve been a customer of IONOS for years and am satisfied with the service I receive. If I have a problem, someone is there to assist personally shortly. The hosting is stable and easy to use.

You won't have support because every time you click on support, the website asks you to login (despite already being logg... Rohkem ed in) and puts you through a continual loop. You're suppose to have wordpress come with ionos for free, but there is no way to do this without paying wordpress huge monthly fees. Their website builder is terrible, you can't do much with it and it just doesn't run very well. Honestly, just save your time and money by going to dreamhost - they are WAY better. I had an inactive service for months and may be years which they deducted fees for, when there was no longer any hosting provided. Now see if they owe up and issue a refund |
