Is this what you call good customer support. All the support option are dead including the in-house support ticket. They are totally not active on social media even for us to communicate with them. Seems nobody is listening at all to customer but just for them to run series of ads to get more people to purchase without delivering the service. This email support@domainking.ng is totally robot-friendly and no one will reply from it. Please stay away from them or else, you will feel the pain I am feeling with this company...I just got to know they are not even domiciled in Nigeria but from India which is really bad and I will soon file a report to the federal government about them. Imagine, if it takes a company 48-72 hours to reply customer support tickets, what is now the fate of such client in the face of downtime or issues? I have been looking into such websites for a while now, and found out the majority of them are hosted by Godaddy. This is a nasty business, it is shameful, it is illegal, and has to be stopped.
