I ALWAYS get fast, reliable service when I open a ticket. Knownhost makes me look good to my clients. Call me with a problem. I open a ticket, problem solved - I'm the hero.

orst I mean almost non-existent. They haven't had a tweet, or any social presence since 2018 which sadly I found out about after I purchased the plan. If I could rate lower than a 2/10 I would but I can't seem to be able to do that. Do NOT make the same mistake I did and buy this host. They look like they have a good pricing but it's not worth the hassle and hoops you have to go through to get everything set up. I'm a week into the hosting and still haven't had it all set up and I've gotten 0 help from the support team throughout any process.

alerting me to the files that were malicious. I deleted all of them except one (which I missed by mistake). Because of this, on a Friday night, they shut my site down - took it off line. Then they give me the spin that their 'abuse team' is different from their "support team" and they only work 9-5 monday to friday - no after hours support. So my site is now offline until Monday at the earliest. Dreadful service, in no way fit for a professional business to rely on. Please learn from my mistake, avoid these guys at all costs.
