I love this company. It's affordable, reliable, and the customer service is nothing short of amazing.

We have never had any downtime while using their services, and the pricing for the managed server packages is fair and transparent. My current two VPSs at ChemiCloud have been extremely fast, reliable, and stable.

I had to cancel my credit card because WebHostingHub.com (I've been their customer for 4 or 5 years) kept making unauthorized charges to my credit card. They would pay for domain renewals that I didn't want and charge it to m... Rohkem y credit card, and then say, "Oh sorry, our policy is no refunds."
The only way to stop this theft was to cancel my credit card, because they kept doing it! This company seems to be fine to host your site with, just don't give them your credit card, because they will make random charges to your card and tell you that's okay because it's in their fine print.
Personally, I think it's stealing when someone charges something you don't want, and haven't authorized, to your credit card, and then they refuse to return your money. Vähem

I was honestly planning to sign up for Established Reseller Plan until i stumbled upon the pricing page. I must say that support was good and even waited for 15 mins since i had an urgent phone call to attend.
Anyways, long ... Rohkem story short and here is the break down of events.
- So when I moved to buy now page, i was a bit shocked looking at the pricing (screenshot attached)
-- What they advertised is $17.49 per month so according to this it should be $209.88 for 12 months but they are asking for 9.40
- When i asked the support staff, he told me that this is what it is and you can pay monthly and remain on $17.49
-- Then when i asked him that this would not be true because your terms on pricing say something different (Link to screenshot https://ibb.co/HGP9jg5)
-- Response was sorry that we are unable to meet in the middle way and the chat closed
Seriously they should be ranked the lowest when it comes to reseller hosting and what a disappointment. Vähem
