Fast and solid VPS

We have never had any downtime while using their services, and the pricing for the managed server packages is fair and transparent. My current two VPSs at ChemiCloud have been extremely fast, reliable, and stable.

No Support. Original registrant left the company and they are refusing to change the registrant to a new user account even though we gave them every bit of info they asked for indicating that we are the owners of the business...

Call support and you get a call center in India reading a script. Finally escalate to someone in Ottawa "Brent" and they are useless as well. Even gave the explanation "Sorry, but we can not let you take over the control and move the domain out of our registrar account as I am sure you will do at the first opportunity" Well duh... with this type of support and business why would anyone want to use your services? I was honestly planning to sign up for Established Reseller Plan until i stumbled upon the pricing page. I must say that support was good and even waited for 15 mins since i had an urgent phone call to attend.
Anyways, long ... Rohkem story short and here is the break down of events. - So when I moved to buy now page, i was a bit shocked looking at the pricing (screenshot attached) -- What they advertised is $17.49 per month so according to this it should be $209.88 for 12 months but they are asking for 9.40 - When i asked the support staff, he told me that this is what it is and you can pay monthly and remain on $17.49 -- Then when i asked him that this would not be true because your terms on pricing say something different (Link to screenshot https://ibb.co/HGP9jg5) -- Response was sorry that we are unable to meet in the middle way and the chat closed Seriously they should be ranked the lowest when it comes to reseller hosting and what a disappointment.
