Nécessité de passer à php 8.0 et d'installer une version bêta du service XMLRPC qu'ils ont dû tweaker car il n'est plus natif à PHP 8.0 mais nécessaire à la mise à jour de Moodle.
Et ainsi de suite..des conseils sur la mise à jour de MariaDB, etc..
Quelques heures d'échanges avec des techniciens niveau 1, 2 et 3.

s like this on shared servers, we can't do anything". So if you want solutions, they propose you to get a Hybrid or dedicated server. Like saying "we give you a service, but it's not 100% sure it will work". Especially with the new custom made software called "N0C", a proprietary software that Planet Hoster test on his live clients. Mails are blocked, sites are blocked. They have a sort of Captcha to unlock yourself, but that thingy was not tested and it's not working, so infinite Captcha displayed.
Bad experience, that I don't want to repeat, not for me, not for my clients. It was OK 10 years ago, now, the costs must be too big for actual number of customers, so "some must go". I don't mind paying more for a great service, thay know to do it since they were doing that in the past.

now I m not going to continue first they asked to pay for the grace period and then suspended the account 10 hours before ending the grace period and insisted to buy for one more month to recover the data if required.
I have used many hosting services including aws, godaddy, BlueHost, hostgator, Contabo, OVS, etc for different clients in my entire professional career but chemcloud is very opportunist.
also, their technical staff is so much incompetent that often they refuse to install some packages or install them in a way that is not useful and generates issues.
Personally, I would not recommend it to any of my clients.
