Everything is just excellent I never had any complaints from them since I am with them overall great performance. Their are some other providers like domainracer and bigrock who provides value for money. |

Mario Latendresse, I asked to have an upgrade of Python so that I could installed Django and it was denied. Their shared server has Python 2.7, and Python 3 was denied to be installed, which has been the standard version for many years (you are... Rohkem give a jail shell that restricts most installation). Their basic plan is way too restrictive. You have to get a non-shared server to get any serious work done there and pay lots of money. There is also no way to stop a payment once the invoice is done six weeks in advance. Turning off automatic payment does nothing once the invoice is done and there is no way to remove a credit card once added to do payments. I had proved to them and demanded the log files and it showed it was not on my side. There are big issues with their platform. When the new company bought them... Rohkem they started mystery charges and attempted to bill me for emails and hosting yearly instead of monthly. They also added mystery charges to my email accounts. It is near impossible to get support and I have had days of down time while they "update" their Zimbra or some virtual or router. Outrageous. I have been with them an very long time and used to have a great experience when Jared was in charge. I will not use them any longer and have left their platform for something more stable. Vähem |
