ackup and support within record time. Saved me from a panic attack. Truly appreciate that! Some cons: a bit slower than my previous BlueHost, but definitely far less expensive. Also uses the latest MySQL on VPS only, not shared hosting.

o be, delete and start again. That would be OK but I need to keep the 5 year email history, you'd think that would be simple and also that Arvixe would want to help clean the 1700 malware files attracted to my 3 NEW site in 3 days. Alas no!!!

Apparently a reset means the backup taken monthly, weekly and daily are also deleted, BUT that depend who you speak to on chat,. some appear to think its possible to restore from the back up, and frankly logic would hope so.! The backup I took created abuse warning and then the account was suspended for abuse of a GB quota that isn't written anywhere and is supposed to be "unlimited".. The solution; I have to download the files via FTP, the certificates arvixe has for the site are 1 year old so the FTP keep stopping, 5 days later and I am still working on getting the files downloaded. WINSC works better than filezilla because of the cert issue. Lets hope I can get this resolved. It could have been so simple, if they'd done from their side.. it would have probably taken an hour or two. In short: STAY AWAY, WELL AWAY. Oh 2/10 is still too high |

f the server was working without any issue but not for all. When I send in the request to ask them fix it, they delay the issue for 3 days and come back to you without any proper explanation. What they told me was trying their best to troubleshoot but there is nothing wrong with the server and push the responsibility back to me. I do some screen capture to proof that same system is actually working well in server A but it's fail in server B. I request them to explain if they said this is nothing to do with their server. But the ignore my query and telling me to migrate all my hosting to the server which is working. I lost my confident on that. Below is their slogan :- "Management Note: Our goal is for 100% customer satisfaction." I think better change the slogan to " We will try our best to satisfy our customer. But if we fail to do so, that's reasonable due to our limited knowledge in managing cloud server".
