I have over 60 cloud computes with them and in over 3 years had one day of disruptions due to network issues. Their support have been fine and never had an issue reaching out to someone who knows what I want and does it professionally. All VM's with them are absolutely critical being VoIP and happy with their services. We would know very quickly if there were issues, VoIP doesn't like network issues, I/O lag or anything else that causes voice to degrade.
Highly recommend them and never had any strange billing issues.
Сначала пишут одну цену, при выборе сервера. По факту взимают другую сумму. Требуют какие то документы. В целом не хорошие впечатления, лучше не связывайтесь.
Очень медленно реагировали, в итоге так и не включили SMTP, предложили подождать 30 дней. Только один сайт успел туда перенести, но все равно кучу времени потратил на разбирательства. Сentos web panel не заработала из коробки (ошибка была с несуществующим файлом php сокета). А вот plesk бесплатный нормально работал.

Заказал VPS. Месяц тестировал - вроде все нормально. Доступ снаружи не давал. Только сам тестировал. Заблокировали. Потребовали скан паспорта. Отправил в течении получаса. Ответ от поддержки через 30 часов - теперь требуют мое фото с паспортом и фото кредитки. Все эти 30 часов VPS так и был заблокирован. Хорошо, что в работу не успел запустить. Сервис неюзабильный.
использую vultr уже несколько лет, прекрасный хостинг, особенно по сравнению с более дорогим DO. отзывчивый саппорт, который помогает решать проблемы и куча приятных дополнительных вещей, вроде доп.ип, инсталяционных скриптов. также ssd у vult быстрее DO или OVH
