Skysilk's VPS is very reliable and doesn't go down. It comes with DDoS protection and allows you full control of your VPS. The pricing is okay, but I don't have any money, and they don't provide a free option. The staff are very helpful and friendly and can usually solve your issue.

This VPS provider is really great and has excellent support and many features, but missis many key features, waiting to be added in the next update. But over all speed is great, love how all their VPS are free in the BETA version.

it was 13 June 2017 I created an account at the beginning it was just like a simple reseller hosting not much developer with some bugs.

I created a Medium VPS and used for my project it was not even closer to DigitalOcean ( i used DO for many years)
My app was using lot of resources about 3GB ram and 80% CPU from ( 8Vcpu) .
I shifted back to Google Cloud Servers ----- time changed and magic happened
in March 2018 i created 6 VPS on skysilk and this time i was amazed i migrated my servers from Google Cloud to SkySilk .

If you are looking for BEST - Cheap - Reliable Services to start your business or run your StartUP i will recommend you SkySilk as it has everything you need. Super Fast SSD servers with quick and easy deployment.
I cant tell PROs of Skysilk as i loved it and it has lot of great features and better support but it could be better with some more tools.

- You can not create a VM from SnapShot / Backup
- You will not get addational IP
That is all these 2 features i loved in DigitalOcean and Google Cloud i hope SkySilk will add these features/tools very soon
I will rate 9/10 ( 9 out of 10) to SkySilk ....

I am running 2 vps and never faced a problem. One for my personal email server and one for my projects. Servers are super fast. Prices are too afforadable.

So, SkySilk gets 5 stars in every category except for features. This is because on of the two things that I don't like all that much right now.

1.) They don't support docker.
So, this was a pretty big shock, their FAQ says that they are working on it though and I am looking forward to seeing it completed as their service is amazing in all other regards.
2.) They have only US Locations.
Certainly not a deal breaker, though it would be nice to have world wide coverage. At least one or two European options would be appreachiated. They are working on that too though.

Except for that? It was mind blowing. I signed up because I wanted a free VPS to test something out and stayed for the entire Beta. Ripping my machine down and trying something else pretty often. It all worked great, no complains.

As such, if you are looking for a reliable hoster with great prices, this is most likely your best bet :D

Have been using the service for 2 years now - blazing fast support and hardware running like a clock. Only downside that they are limited to 2 locations and there is no option for offsite back up.

I had the privilege of trying out SkySilk's cloud in their beta program.

The VPS was nice, specs were great, and it gets the job done.
The network was a bit wonky (there was a few downtimes).
The staff are very friendly however (on their Discord server) and will usually get your problems solved.
The OS image list is very good. Everything I needed was there. Even Arch Linux, which most hosts don't seem to carry.

Overall, I like this host. It worked well in production.

I found SkySilk through their beta program when I was looking for affordable but reliable cloud hosting (which is a hard combo to come by). My experience so far has been awesome! They are making their live pricing super competitive, and really take user feedback to heart. And the SkyPoint things are a cool touch, I'm excited to start using those.
I have reached out to support multiple times and they are always very responssive. They also have live chat support which is a huge plus for me. They have a bunch of different vps plans and resources with a lot of linux distros and apps like Wordpress.

I guess one con is they only have a few locations right now (East Coast and West Coast USA) but that doesn't bother me too much since they said they will be adding to other locations soon.

You should try them if you haven't already. Excited to see what they add next!
