We inherited SecureAX a week or two ago as they took over RapidCloud who were our main hosting outfit. Nothing announced, just support was sent a query and it came back SecureAX had taken over. A simple question from me to a Michael Foo on why there was a charge on Paypal ended up with my company being told its ok to move our business elsewhere...We had already moved hosting several months earlier die to problems with RapidCloud..and a snotty email from the above employee made up our minds. So if you are looking for a rude vendor with employees with a don't give a shit attitude then you have found them
