i am with this company for a while seem to be very good at startup now thing does not work . plesk pannel too slow to work on . always contact support they say we fixed it they find out backup running behind that why slow . all the time say problem . when there server down you try to contact them all phone system shut no answer scary company . billing other things are ok but software section unreliable.
We started a dedicated server service about 3 years, or so, ago. In my opinion server hardware should be updated appropriately and almost automatically for monies charged without request or additional fees, other than to give one a choice if they would not want the upgrade for some reason. I'm referencing specifically hard drive size and speed, ram and other items that keep technology current and operating at good performance levels for the day.
