Almost 2 year using VPS in rumahweb, overall bad uptime. at least once a month there always problem mostly connection access to vps. Major incident at 2021 down for almost 1 month, without backup data or connection link.
Now using other hosting provider with same specification vps, for about 6 month never even once have same experience like using rumahweb. So if you using for website hosting landing page its good (price) but for reliability i guess you can compare yourself.

These guys cut our bandwidth without telling us, lied about having done so, embarrassed us in front of our clients and are technically quite poor. In reality they had a chance to up-sell and increase their billlings from us but now we are leaving the company and trying to warn others not to repeat our mistakes.

I cannot upload the document they ask, then I submit ticket about the errors, but they never reply that tickets until the domain taken by someone else
