So.. I have used one.com for many many years... I've recruited a lot of customers for them and I moved a lot of services over to them throughout the years. Years back ago service was amazing!!! (hence their growth).
But now?!?!?! Oh oh oh ... Now when I ask for pretty basic help (I am not a pro, I would never apply for a Support job for this kind of service, but I've used several over the years and I am familiar with the terms and tech) it takes FOREVER and the support seems at times to just DON'T understand english. I've spent hours on really basic things, so this has to change.
Other than that I think it looks good, user friendly, and provides a lot of nice features. I just wish the people I met at support years ago was still there.
In tegenstelling tot wat ik hier allemaal lees (ik val bijna van mijn stoel...), vind ik One.com een uiterst betrouwbare en krachtige hoster voor kleine verenigingen en bedrijven. Zeer toegankelijk, bijzonder behulpzaam en vooral een fantastische 24/24 klantendienst die er alles aan doet om je snel te helpen. Enkel lovende woorden! Veel vergeleken, maar prijs/kwaliteit blijft One de beste!
