So.. I have used one.com for many many years... I've recruited a lot of customers for them and I moved a lot of services over to them throughout the years. Years back ago service was amazing!!! (hence their growth). But now?!?!?! Oh oh oh ... Now when I ask for pretty basic help (I am not a pro, I would never apply for a Support job for this kind of service, but I've used several over the years and I am familiar with the terms and tech) it takes FOREVER and the support seems at times to just DON'T understand english. I've spent hours on really basic things, so this has to change. Other than that I think it looks good, user friendly, and provides a lot of nice features. I just wish the people I met at support years ago was still there.
One.com sont des escros. Ils vous proposent des thèmes gratuits, tout se passe bien et ensuite ils les passent payant et vous oblige à les mettre à jour. Ce qui rend votre site inutisable. Jamais eu ce problème avec un thème WordPress. Fuyez cet hebergeur et n'utilisez jamais leur thème.
J'ai souscrit a un nom de domaine, celui ci n'a pas été activée, j'ai du contacter 6 fois le services clients pour avoir un réponse, 6 jours sans nouvelle pour me dire que leur filtre de sécurité a refusé le domaine sans aucune explication.
Pas très sérieux pour une entreprise qui et censé être digital pour ses clients

I was with Simple site for 6 years and we have now went with One.com, I will be seeking another provider. The support staff is very sad for helping, the site is not new user friendly. They have screwed all formatting, they have forced me to phone provide numbers which is not bad. But forcing for my business and cell is unprofessional. I am in Canada and they dont offer my area code so I am locked out for 3 days now. I suggest this site get some real support staff and stops over charging for shitty service from pages to staff
We too were told three days ago our website was now one.co. We were told to change passwords to access our website. We did create a new pass word but did not access our site. We have an email from someone called Tom who said we were told months ago, gaslighting us, we paid a years subscription in September for the year to 'simplesite' this seems a new contract?
Bonjour, je n'ai pas eu le choix de changer ça m'a été imposé, 123.site web m'a envoyé des mails pour me prévenir que c'était repris par one.com. je ne comprends rien, j'avais besoin d'un site simple, facile d'utilisation, ce que je faisais en 10 min il me faut une heure, c'est trop complexe pour moi, ça beugue trop souvent... c'est une merde je perds un temps fou et j'ai autre chose à faire!!! Je suis dégoutée!!!
The one.com robot in the chat repeats the same phrase over and over. What a waste of time. I have been communicating via email several time. They want you to do all the it work, which does not work and then take very long before they send you the same information repeatedly. , Each time you communicate on chat with a robot, the robot sends you the same email. They took down my website for some kinda update and they it seems like they are unable to effectively to their job to reinstall it., though i amstill paying for this.0
Our Website Is Down Because Of One.com - Very Bad Service
We transferred a domain from IONOS to One.com They changed nameservers automatically to ns1.one.com, ns2.one.com
Our website is down because of One.com! We can't manage nameservers in our one.com client area. We have an ecommerce website, we're losing money every seconds.
We contacted to One.com support team. And talked with Ralph M. He said "I haven't got permission for DNS change, you must wait Hostmaster Team. They're out of office now"
I have tried to buy a domain one week ago and cannot get an AuthID. Their self-help is very incomplete, emails are never answered, chats never connect me to a person, and I have been waiting for 20 minutes on the phone. There is no info on the website about how to cancel my plan. Checks all the box for a scam.
