1 month ago I purchased Magento hosting from Krystal hosting. they really helped me a lot to set up my business. I do not come from a technical background but I didn't face any problem to setting up my business because it offers the best knowledge resources & supportive customer support. For my other website, I purchased 1 domain from GoDaddy & WordPress hosting from Domain Racer. These companies assure me that non-technical people can also build the best online business.

Great Company to work with. Support is A1. I had a recent issue and spoke with Tristan on the support desk. he was very knowledgeable and sorted out the issue in seconds, allowing me to get back on with the daily grind and the Business to function as normal. Once Tristan had resolved the issue, he stayed in touch to make sure all was working well and was also willing to teach me how to use the CPanel. a great service, very quick to react and resolve. No need to look elsewhere.
The support that Krystal provide my business really is second to none. I contact the team on a regular basis on behalf of my customers, and I have never felt like we are a burden. I've even learnt some of their names as the team is relatively small. The team is UK based, they are technically capable, friendly, and are very efficient. This is what sets them apart from the competition. I feel like when it comes to hosting, it is all much of the same, except for how they treat their customers.
That being said, I'm so thankful I don't have to sit on the phone at GoDaddy on hold to someone who has no idea what they're doing, ever again. After moving away from GoDaddy, I have absolutely zero regrets, and I am incredibly happy I discovered Krystal and it's support team & platform. They really do provide an ultimate all-around frustration-free hosting experience. I am particularly fond of the live chat functionality & ticketing system as it fits in with the way I work, and allows me to concentrate on juggling multiple things at once. Nice work, Krystal. Best customer service ever! (Better than Godaddy & Bluehost & OINOS)
I've been a customer of Krystal (before they merged with bestwebhosting) since 2017. Decided to switch, because Godaddy and bluehost customer service was just atrocious. A Uk based company with UK customer service staff, who are experts, and understand what they are doing. Their instant chat service is amazing. They've have always dealt with my queries promptly and efficiently, this ONE FEATURE alone is worth the switch. Any issues and eventualities that have arisen (always from me making a mistake..lol) they've dealt with, and patiently. Really excellent staff. I just hope as they grow they are able to keep the excellent service and customer service as well.
I wanted to move my email provider from webmail to office 365 and Jamie from Krystal was brilliant. He walked me through the whole process and made it all really easy. He went above and beyond to also help me migrate my emails over - I was really impressed with the service.
Never had an issue that wasn't solved, and fast. Very supportive staff and always willing to help. Never had a site down, great TTFB and general speed even on shared hosting. A genuinely good service and a helpful team
