I have moved myself from Siteground to Hivium recently on suggestion of a friend who was hosting his Opencart website with these guys since the past 1 year. I was skeptical, as the company looked really small and there were very little reviews. Still, I decided to give them a try.
First things first, the customer support is super helpful. The guys there are available to help you in all situations. Secondly, their service and performance is seriously good. I have seen over 2 seconds drop in loading times as compared to Siteground. Third, and most important, they do not charge heavily like Siteground, even when they are on the same platform.

Today you would not find hosts that actually care about their customers. But this host is a bit different. They go all the way to help out their customers. From solving small issues, which can easily be solved by the customer, to making sure that our emails are configured right.
I have never seen a host with this level of support in my life.
Just one line: Keep up the good work team!

I have been their customer for over just 45 days. The quality of hosting is really good. My website loads fast and has never gone down in the past 45 days even for a minute. I will see how it goes in the future. But from their current condition, I seem they will keep me impressed.
Also, their support is quite helpful. I had some fake users in the DB and they told me how to clear it as well as how to avoid it in the future. Who does that these days?
I would definitely recommend them over the other hosts.

I have been with them just for over a month on their Growth Shared Hosting Plan. Their service has been excellent. My hosting is in the US and has great connectivity worldwide. The website is fast for all of my visitors and I am happy. Moved from Hostgator Shared Hosting, which was very slow comparatively.
