We have used various Hetzner services and have always had a great experience especially with their keen pricing and value for money. I suppose navigating their services across the different websites tends to be overly complex, particularly for new users, but the quality of service once you figure it all out is brilliant.
I know hetzner since many years, had some servers there years ago and changed then to another hoster to safe costs. I came back some month ago becouse of the service and hosting quality of the other provider. If hetzner stays at this high level of service response time and quality, I'll never leave again. Pricing is nowadays even better since years ago and the service is as high as always. If you are searching for a hosting provider with top class service, fair pricing, fast response time and admins who knows what they are doing, I will recommend Hetzner.
A year ago, when I was looking for a low-budget server provider who cared about my needs, someone suggested Hetzner, a Very affordable service with stable performance at a very low budget. I can recommend this VPS provider that is similar to the reputed providers like DedicatedCore and Hostinger.
I am with Hetzner for a number of years and have never found a hosting company like them before. They are top class from pricing and performance. The Admin could be easier and sometimes difficult to navigate around from domain to domain especially when multiple and subdomains , but overall awesome !
Ich bin seit 2019 bei Hetzner. Beruflich wie privat nutze ich hier mehrere dedizierte Server. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super. Echte Bleche zu dem Preis? Ich kenne keinen anderen Anbieter der da mithalten kann. Wer mit einem dedizierten Server neu beginnt, ist auf der Serverbörse gut aufgehoben.
Der Support ist IMHO absolut herausragend. Die Reaktionszeit ist schnell. Konkretes Beispiel: Gestriges RAM-Upgrade von 64G auf 128G: Von meiner unverbindlichen Anfrage um 18:37, meinem Auftrag um 20:17, bis zur Umsetzung um 20:40 Uhr in knapp 2 Stunden -> Schneller geht es nicht. Wie gewohnt: kompetent und freundlich.

I am experiencing difficulty logging into my Hetzner account due to the two-factor authentication being the primary issue. I wish to disable two-factor authentication from my Hetzner account, but despite sending multiple emails over the past four days, I have not received a single reply from their support team. It is frustrating as Hetzner expects prompt responses from customers regarding abuse or spam emails within 24 hours, yet they themselves have not responded to my inquiries.
They recently changed my invoice date without asking me if it was okay to do so. I asked them if it was possible for them to change it back to what it was before and they said no I'll have to reach out again IN JULY... to see if it's then possible to change back to my original invoice date
Their service is good but when it comes to caring about customers I can't say the same

I was choosing between several providers, decided for another their competition but never received support answer. Then I decided to cancel and setup new Nextcloud hosting with Hetzner. Highly recommend them!
