We had some problems while upgrading software for our customers and the people at Hetzner were very helpful. Sometimes it takes a while but there was no issue yet that couldn't be solved by them.

We can recommend this hoster without any reservation.

For us, it is very important to host in Germany, so that the data don't leave a border, and we don't have to take care about whatever rules will there be active. We're coming from a colocation, and we want more concentrate on our software. So renting a server was the way to go.
And with Hetzner we're super happy. The network-capacity is pretty strong - we didn't felt a DDOS. The prices were pretty fair, even when the prices for SSDs could be cheaper. The dedicated servers we use promise the performance, they're described for. Access, remote KVM, vSwitch-technology... all what you need, to build your own cluster!
