only shared web hosting service, and they don't mention it on their site.. pathetic customer service.. My previous review also got removed and as soon as I provided my previous review, the company added many fake reviews to cover that and recovered to 9+ rating.. I purchased 6 month shared hosting (without knowing - as this was not mentioned anywhere), so I asked for refund. After that they cancelled my subscription without any refund.. please beware before subscribing to their service..
First of all, apologies if you feel you have had a negative experience - whilst that never would have been our intention, I would equally like to provide some clarification on this particular case for you.
I see that back in february 2019, you raised a ticket with our support team(semi annual 5$ plan). sorry we couldnt give you a refund for 'change of mind'. our plans descriptions are very clear about each plans, if you didnt read or notice plan details we cant help you with that.
I do agree the quality of this particular response wasn't satisfactory, and have of course reviewed this internally with the relevant team member. Once again, I do again apologize you didn't have a good experience with us. As a courtesy, I have gone ahead and provided full refund of service(Transaction ID: 1PP24100GW477193J ).
