01% Fraud Company !!! I ordered a VPS from them, after 5 days they failed to deliver it and finally refused to refund. They came up with a strange explanation that they want my ID proof documents for providing the servers and it was never mentioned in their TOS. I am dealing with international providers like bluehost, never faced such an issue. Most interesting part is that they are refusing to issue the refund. Never deal with these guys. Absolute bullshit company !!!

Worst servers, worst ever service team

I have worked full time for approximately 3 years in Sales department. This company has been involved in many criminal activities and never fullfill their promises. They cheat indirectly their customers and employees. Unfortunately I had to go for criminal case against them on 29/06/2019 because they asked my car keys as a security to get some overdue amount to be cleared and when I came back to office to collect my car keys, the car got misplaced by them (Attached FIR copy and acknowledgement receipt how my car was found under their custody). Be aware if you are in any relationship in terms of financials with them. There are lots of other good IT/Data center/BPO company available with better offering, no sense of dealing with criminals.

1. Poor and Unprofessional Customer Support Services .. No Complaint escalation levels, No value of time, they just lure by price points and then don't provide even minimum level of customer support. 2. Very Poor Server Response Time goes to 6.6 seconds whereas other hosting providers provide server response time of 100-300 milli seconds 3. They will make changes to their servers without informing you hence your site May Down and unnecessarily you may be spending lots of money in debugging your codes. also leads to poor customer experience.
