I switched from another provider to GlowHost because I use two things primarily - Invoice Ninja and osTicket. There were issues with osTicket being upgraded and not being able to export/print PDF, and very recently (2023-08-31) Invoice Ninja had an update that either broke t he app or prevented PDF viewing - depending on what you did. While the previous hosting company helped somewhat, they've never gone into as much detail as GlowHost. The time, patience and assistance given - even creating admin logins for them (at my suggestion/request) so that the direct issues can be seen, troubleshooted and resolved - is above and beyond any customer service I've received at any other hosting company. I should also mention that they're one of the very few that will allow you to pay monthly if you'd rather for your site. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Glowhost provided crucial proactive support in solving key technical issues, such as correcting a killer mistake in FTP transfer, and help with verification for Google. FTP transfer can be a little tricky. One error and your website does not show up on the internet. I had a previous hosting company that provided little tech support: Hostinger. They clearly did not have the technical expertise like the pros at Glowhost. If you are working with a new software and completely original web design, you will run into problems. That is when you need experts to solve issues that stop your progress. That is Glowhost. Their response time is lightning quick, like 20 minutes or less.
