Each time, the person either stays with me to explain things in simple terms, or even set up everything for me. If you’re not a techy person, they’ll practically do all the work for you. I run a business and I hope someday my team can treat my customers this well. I can’t speak much about how good their hosting service is, but their customer service is so excellent, that I’m never leaving.
