Paid for a VPS and it has been over 4hrs now with no feedback, I emailed and phoned with no answer! Daylight robbery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How do you take a payment and after that you do not respond to the client? When i log i ticket i can see that they are reading it but they do not reply.

Server's down for no reason and no support for 24 hours. No explanation afterward and you are not able to reboot the server yourself, bad bad bad service!!!

I recently buyed the most basic plan for a very basic php/mysql app. It uses the minimun requirements ~100mb ram
It's a mess.
The kernel it's v2
The process sudenly stop.
The requests get slow.
The cron does not work.

The support only say "such an item falls outside of our standard scope of support. Please keep in mind that this is an unmanaged server.".

The best of all, the waranty of refund payment, does not apply for this plan.

Why the *** they dont put this in the conditions when u will buy.

I feel scammed.

Really i'm very very dissapointed with the service, guess i will keep that ***ty server for a short time
