THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I'VE EVER ENCOUNTER, THE LIE AND ARE VERY DECEPTIVE IN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES WHICH ACTUALLY PROVIDES NO HELP AT ALL, AVOID THIS COMPANY AND WEBSITE AT ALL COST.
I have been using Bluedomino since 2002 across several different companies and websites and year by year the service and support has gotten worse and worse. 2 days before I switch my website is now down and they can't fix it. The pricing will attract and possibly even keep you, but the outsourced support is HORRIBLE. A real s@#& show. I've dealt with smarter 3-year-olds. Trying to speak with anyone with more knowledge than the front line staff is IMPOSSIBLE! If you value your business, don't even consider it.
