Soporte inexistente

cuando envías un tiket de soporte te responden en 5 horas, lo cual se traduce a 5 horas de inactividad en caso de algún problema.
Su protección DDoS en mentira, no filtra nada su solución es suspender la cuenta asi solucionan los ataques DDoS.
