Very bad experience with this company. The bank card of our company was used without the permission by this company and payment was made for services that we did not order! When we asked to sort it out and return the money, they said that they could not help.
All they wait for is to get your credit card number and then start charging whatever subscription they want. In my case, I even got it cancelled and it was still charged. Contacted support again and they say that they started the subscription and can't cancel it anymore. Now I am having to file a dispute with the card provider! Fortunately, I saved a screenshot of the confirmation of cancellation.
My website has been down for over a week to date, I contacted the customer support 10+ times, they always argue that the matter has been escalated to a higher support team that will respond in further 24-72 hours. Also, back-up data are apparently stored in the same servers as the production data, which is the most incompetent move ever. I have never seen such a poor service.

I requested consultation, they attempted to call me several times but I never answered(totally my fault) but they definitely did try to reach me. Time differences just always had the calls coming in in the middle of the night for me. I figured out what I had needed. Thank you
