Equipo técnico es pésimo, realmente una vergüenza, no tengo palabra para describir lo fatal que es. Precio es restable, prestaciones nada envidiable. No cuenta con un simple antivirus, cuando detectaron virus, en vez de darme una solucion simplemente banearon mi cuenta, es decir; todas las paginas fueron dado de baja hasta que buscara a alguien que solventara el problema o contratara por 1500 euros un antivirus para mis paginas, es el unico que tienen y no aceptan otros.

I contacted them 3 times to solve a malware issue and 3 times they said that technician would have called me at the agreed time. They did not call any of this time, my job is stucked and after 10 years with this company i go away. It is a shame how they work, they tell you they solve the problem and call you, make you lose time, your job remain stucked. Avoid them at all cost. When you will need they will not be there and your job will go to hell. They are the worst of the worst.
Si no hay problemas graves, atienden rápido. Pero si hay un problema grande simplemente no les importa lo que pasa. Pagué por un upgrade para tener un servicio más rápido y luego de insistir por semanas, finalmente pareciera que empezaron el proceso de migración. Pero pasó una semana ya sin poder acceder a mis sitios. La gente de soporte simplemente no sirve para nada en estos casos porque responden lo mismo una y otra vez y aparentemente no tienen comunicación directa con los técnicos que se encargan del problema. Perdí literalmente horas en comunicación con ellos sin lograr absolutamente nada.
Sinceramente luego de haber usado otros hosting puedo asegurar que para mi Bluehost es uno de los mejores hosting! Estoy mas que feliz con ellos. Aunque he tenido inconvenientes, ellos han sabido ayudarme.

BlueHost lejos me prometia ser la mejor plataforma para alojar a mis casi 400 clientes, pero entre sus multiples fallas al inicio, despues fallas diarias y con un soporte pobre que practicamente es tan limitado como yo "usuario". Despues,al no optar por la renovacion anticipada (que te la hacen a las 2 semanas de contratar) todo comenzo peor, caidas diarias y varias veces en el dia y suspenciones aleatorias de clientes (de ropa de bebe a ese nivel) con lo que todo culmina hoy 2 de agosto del 2019 en una suspencion unilateral de su parte de todas las cuentas, todas por infraccion de copyright (segun ellos) y eso que habian webs sin contenido solo con emails y tambien todas con licencia desde envato, modulos y demas pagados, lo que me produjo una perdida cercana a 15.000 USD, la solucion de bluehost es pasar por el departamento legal que demora de 24 a 48hrs en responder, lo que me parece ridiculo con los tiempos actuales, en resumen, si alguien quiere un servidor dedicado o vps con bluehost mi consejo por experiencia propia es NO USARLO, sin contar que el REFUND no existe en esta empresa..
Es verdad, su servicio de atencion al cliente es una real basura, y los que atienden por alli parece que estan asustados o te atienden lo minimo posible para no estresarse. Godaddy tiene un soporte maravilloso, si mejorasen la oferta seria el mejor
Pues no opino igual, yo utilizo Bluehost desde hace años y déjame decirte que siempre han sido impecables con su atención. Si bien es cierto, la atención es un "poco fria" creo que es mil veces mejor que GoDaddy. Por lo menos Bluehost tiene la decencia de no cobrarte por cada cosa extra y formar paquetes mas completos.
